This can happen even though we carefully seal each jar by hand. Because it’s a manual process, the seal may not always be perfect every time. But don’t worry this is completely normal for scrubs that are made with real, high-quality, and emulsifying ingredients.

 This small amount of oil leakage does not affect the quality, texture, or                performance of the scrub at all. Once the product is back at room temperature, it will settle perfectly again and be ready to use just as intended.

 While most jars arrive without any issues, there’s a small chance of leakage due to transit heat. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re proud to offer you a high-quality, handmade product with real ingredients.

How to store:

Use within 5 months of purchase, store at a cool and dry place. Do not let water enter the container and store away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep jar tightly closed when not in use.
