Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please contact us within 7 days and provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used personal care products (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Change-of-mind purchases after delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
